Items may be exchanged for store credit within 14 business days of receipt of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping cost. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns on our special order items. Special order pieces include custom design pieces and special sizing, as all of our jewelry is handmade to order. However there are certain exemptions to this, feel free to contact to discuss your particular situation.



All Avalina items are made to order and may take up to 2-5 weeks to be prepared for shipment. We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of this production window.

After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time.

We truly appreciate your support of our products. If any issues arise with your order, we will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it.

All shipping rates are calculated through UPS and all packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise. 

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for a returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are exchanging an item over $500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
